Brisbane’s most exciting Mixed Martial Arts Event BRACE FOR WAR is on again Saturday 15th August at the Broncos Leagues Club. The roof will be blown off with excitement as some of this countries finest MMA clubs bring their fighters to town.

Brisbane will get to taste the excitement that a Mixed Martial Arts event brings when BRACE GEAR AUSTRALIA plays host to BRACE FOR WAR 2 “When Democracy Fails” show at the Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club.

Headlining the event will be Ian “Hitman” Bone, the local QLD boy taking on the rugged Victorian Dan Hyatt. Ian Bone has become a one man wrecking machine. He has consistently fought on a regular basis in most of Australia’s top MMA shows with some devastating, aggressive performances that the fans love. He is a fighter that simply loves nothing more than trading big shots. His style is in your face aggressive action from start to finish.

Ian’s opponent is Dan Hyatt from Melbourne. Dan Hyatt comes from an extensive free style wrestling and boxing background and is making the transition to MMA. He has the type of game that could really cause Ian some major problems. Dan fought on Brace For War 1 against one of Ian’s old training partners resulting in a tough draw. This time Dan wants to finish what he started and Ian is stepping up in weight classes for this challenge. Dan has already had an extensive training camp as he was scheduled to face the Victorian MMA champion Nick Patterson until having the match postponed. This has the making for one explosive fight, and Ian will enjoy a vocal local crowd over the rugged Victorian.
